Balsamic Chestnut Mushrooms & Guacamole on Rye crackers

Description:
This has to be the most DELICIOUS little lunch EVER. Create by on on my favorite Alkaline recipe influencers on Instagram, this dish is simple, tasty, and sooooo easy to make.
Ingredients:
Mushrooms
8-10 Chestnut or button mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp onion power
2 pinches of sea salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp grapeseed oil
Balsamic Marinade
1 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tbsp date syrup
juice of a 2 key limes
To serve
8 rye crackers
1-2 tbsp. scallions (green onions)*, chopped

Preparation:
Mash avocado leave slightly chunky. Mix in remaining ingredients and set aside
In a small bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, lime juice, and date syrup until well blended and set aside. This will serve as your balsamic marinade
in a large pan, heat grapeseed oil and add mushrooms and a pinch sea salt and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Then add oregano, onion powder, and another pinch of sea salt and toss for another 3-5 minutes.
Pour balsamic marinade over mushrooms and cook for another minute or two. Remove from heat
To assemble: spread 1-2 tbsp. of your guacamole over a rye cracker, top with balsamic mushrooms and scallions. Serve immediately.
