2 Tbsp garbanzo bean flour
1 1/4 Cups sparkling mineral water

Preparation:
In a medium bowl add all dry ingredients and mix well.
Add sea moss gel and grapeseed oil and mix until mixture is slightly crumply.
Make a well in the center of the mixture and pour in sparkling water. Gently stir to combine, then knead for 5 minutes. Cover dough with a damp cloth or paper towel and let rest for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Using a rolling pin, roll dough out to your desired shape and thickness, for me that’s about 1/2 inch. Poke dough all over with a fork. Place dough on floured bakeware and bake for 5 to 7 minutes.
Add your desired toppings and bake per recipe instructions. Enjoy!
