Hot Ginger-Lime Tea

Description:

The combination of lime and juice is the perfect way to get your digestive system and nervous system started of right. Add some fresh fruit and agave for an extra energy boost. Coffee who?



Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger

  • juice of 2 key limes

  • 1 cup spring water

  • 1 tsp Agave Nectar *

  • 1 tbsp sea moss gel or 1 sea moss capsule * **

  • Your choice of freshly sliced approved fruits **

Preparation:

  1. Bring water to a boil then remove from heat. Add in ginger and lime juice, cover, and let steep for 5 mins.

  2. Pour liquid into a glass using a fine mesh strainer.

  3. Add in agave and sea moss gel (if using) a stir until dissolved.

  4. Serve with fresh fruit of your choice

 

Notes:

  • Sea moss contains 92 of the 102 minerals the body needs. Adding 1 tbsp a day to any of your meals is a great way to revitalize the body!
