Strawberry-Banana Sunrise Smoothie

Description:

This smoothie is quick, sweet, and full of nutrients and energy. No kidding - so good and perfect for a lift me up.




Ingredients:

  • 2 cups strawberries, frozen

  • 1 banana, frozen

  • ¼ cup walnut or coconut milk, unsweetened, you can add more milk if you like it thinner

  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup*

  • 1 tbsp key lime juice

  • 1 tbsp sea moss gel* **

Preparation:

  1. Add all ingredients to a highspeed blender and blend until smooth to your liking (1-3 mins).Pour into two large glasses and serve.


 

Notes:
